I just purchased this camper and lot this weekend. It is a 2000 Prowler 5th Wheel and lot. The lot has a very nice long driveway with a decent porch on the front. The first course of business will be to remove all of the ornaments and power wash the deck. I’ve been searching for a camping site at Hidden Lakes Campground for a few years and I couldn’t pass this one up. Great place to spend the weekends and getaways. I can cross this one off my bucket list.
Every time I get caught in a bad spot or start restricting calories I some times get a hunger late at night. That is when the brain flips a switch and says to myself “You know you wouldn’t be hungry right now if you were doing Low Carb Keto!”. That usually sets me up for about 2-3 weeks of going Low Carb until one night I say to myself “If I eat one more pork rind I am going to throw up.” – Which is followed by a car trip through the drive thru of the nearest pizza place.
That has been the vicious cycle that I have been on for at least the past 5 years. All you have to do is watch all of the KETO videos on youtube and you will quickly see along with Keto / Low Carb they recommend Intermittent Fasting. Why? Because it causes you to eat less ie: Less Calories. It’s all about the calories as far as I am concerned TODAY. I just need to find a plan and stick with it. I have been back at Weight Watchers for one week and am noticing the scale move down. I am going to try and stick with this plan.
Having said “It’s All About The Calories” – Quality of Calories DOES matter. Vegetables are better than donuts so I can’t just eat anything I want. The good news is for me to lose I have to concentrate on the healthier options because they are usually lower in calories to begin with.
