I Love Women - What Can I Say?
Sunday, May 11th, 2008Health is a motivation to help me trim down. Living longer, disease free are others but my main reason at the moment is to find a mate. I am not bragging but I have had many, many girl friends in my life time. I’ve even married a couple of them. I like thin women or at least normal size women. The problem is that they usually don’t like fat, beer belly, middle aged guys. Having these two problems it is only logically that one of us needs to change. Guess who? Me!
I put my Babe of the Day Photo Online, not to be a male chauvinist pig who discriminates against women but rather to keep the eye on the prize. Is it a 22 year old size 4? No! A woman around my age size 12 and under but they don’t have many photo shoots for 35 year old and older models so I had to settle with the gorgeous younger models. If this offends you then I apologize but you don’t have to ever click on the link.
If anyone ever tells you that they are losing weight for anything and looking better isn’t one of them then they are lying to you. Everyone wants to look better even if health is one of the issues.
My plan is to get up between 4:00 am and 4:30 am and drive to the gym by 5:15 am when they open. I will wear my gym clothes on the way. This will let me throw my gym bag into the locker and start working out immediately. Thirty minutes on the treadmill or elliptical machine will get me to around 5:50 am. I will then head to the shower, taking along my gym bag so that I can have access to the shampoo and soap. Drying off and changing clothes puts me to about 6:10 am. Dry my hair with the gym furnished hair dryer and out the door by 6:20 am. and drive to work by 7:00 am.
