Midlife Diet Crisis
Sunday, June 1st, 2008I’ve exercised for the past two days. The first day which was yesterday, I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and today I did 30 minutes on it. I think one of the secondary things about working out is that you are more conscious about what you are eating.
I feel good for having exercised, I just hope to see some results by doing it. Although my video says one thing I think I am leaning back more towards the Weight Watchers Points system. It does allow you to eat anything you want but you just have to watch out how much you want.
