I had a good day yesterday and today. No cheating, as a matter of fact I think I did excellent in watching my carbs. My last meal today was before 7 pm which I am very proud. I really believe that curbing your meals before 7 pm also helps in weight loss. Another tip is to brush your teeth after dinner and never eat anything else for the rest of the evening after you brush. It’s sort of a stop sign. Did I brush yet? Yes? I’m done until the morning.
As for my weight I am up .4 lbs but that could be anything from water weight to a thousand other things. As long as I stay on track, the weight will come off. I am expecting a loss in the morning because I had a really good day.
My wisdom of the day: No matter what diet plan you are on. No matter if it’s low-fat or low-carb, donuts don’t measure up to anyone’s diet plan. If you do have a craving for a donut, just eat the center.

I took my last photo on May 15th at 274 lbs. This morning I am happy to report that I am now 268 lbs. Still a long way to go but I hope that I am done seeing 270’s for good. Every thing has been going as planned and I have not cheated or felt the need to cheat.
