My book finally showed up on Amazon today. Actually, it shows that it is currently out of stock but at least it is showing up in the results. I am not asking anyone to purchase a copy when it is available for themselves. Nothing as shallow as that – Nope – I want you to purchase them for friends, family and co-workers too
