In the past I would delete my old posts when I went off my diet and start new. I am stopping the habit as of now. If you look at my weight loss chart, you can see that I have gained back about 9 lbs that I took off the previous month. Enough is enough. I got a hold of a form from my medical insurance and it says that they will even give me money to go to weight watchers. I think I will take them up on the offer and possible start going back next week. Until then, I know what to do so I will try and focus.
One good thing is that the weather is very nice. Today, I spent most of the afternoon working in the yard. That had to burn a lot of calories today.

Recently I purchased an audio book by David Allen called “Getting Things Done” or GTD for short. The principal behind GTD is to streamline your work and get it out of your mind and onto paper, computer or something else. The premise is a clear mind equals a productive mind.
After I bought the audio book, I didn’t realize how big GTD actually is. It’s been around for some time and a lot of businesses have David Allen and his Company come in for seminars and help learning the GTD system. I hope that I can learn to implement my variation of GTD with Microsoft Outlook so that I can become better at project managing then I have been lately.

I tried the low carb dieting. Although it had been working, it absolutely sucks to limit myself to meat, eggs and cheese day in and day out. So as of today I am back on the Weight Watchers Flex Points plan.
If you are new to the Weight Watchers points plan then watch the video for a brief overview of how it works. I can tell you for sure that if you follow the plan, it will work. The best part of all is that you can eat anything within moderation.
The one thing that I need to do is learn how to cook more from the Weight Watchers cookbook instead of eating all of those pre-packaged meals. I get burned out after a couple of weeks on just eating lasagna and spaghetti.
