I started tracking my measurement around my waist for the past couple of days. I noticed that I have already lost one inch around my waist. Maybe I should only track this once a week? My goal is to be able to fit back into my Size 34 Jeans. I still have several pair for several years ago. I know that I will be close to goal when I can get them back on. Right now I am lucky to barely get me Size 38 jeans on. Thank God for stretch jeans and work pants.
I am finally down to a new low since going back on a caloric restriction diet. I hit 265 pounds this morning. Although I don’t know if I am taking in too much sodium in my diet which may be a cause of me not losing as much? I’ve also been fearful of not eating enough calories but maybe I shouldn’t worry about that. Part of me is wanting to go back to Weight Watchers. They let you eat anything you want - Just within the points allotment.

Your body needs to burn more calories than it takes into it - PERIOD! You can achieve this by two ways. Cutting calories, Exercise or a combination of both. Take in fewer calories and burn more - That’s it. Now, how many calories should you consume? I have a little calculator over on the left hand side towards the bottom. You can select the settings to what you are now just to see what they are but the important thing is to choose the setting of what weight you want to be.
I thought as a challenge that I would sign up for the Presidential Fitness Challenge. It’s free and you can win awards for getting fit. I currently have my settings on the Active LifeStyle Award. I just need to exercise atleast 5 days per week for 6 weeks. I can then move up to other awards such as the Presidential Champions Bronze, Silver and Gold Challenges.
