Stop Biting Your Nails

Another goal that I want to do this year is break the habit of biting my nails. I am using No Bite or Bite It which is a bitter tasting nail polish that you can buy at CVS, Walgreens or RiteAid. For guys this may be a little bit awkward but it is really easy to apply.

I would suggest keeping water nearby at least for a day to rinse out the taste of the nail polish should you make a mistake and bite your finger nails. It will give you a quick reminder not to do it. Another thing I have noticed is that my nails are weak. I may need to apply some type of hardener to it also? See the video on the right.

Smoking – No, Weight Loss – Yes/No, Debt – No

I thought that if I can lose weight, stay smoke free and get out of debt by summer that I would treat myself to a Cruise in the fall. I also want to go out of the Mobile Alabama Port because it let’s me go through Alabama which is on my goals list and also checks off at least one more state on my 50 states goal.

Got my room fairly well cleaned up this weekend and de-junked. I think I need to make one more pass to get every out dated sock, jean, and shirt this time around. I am working my way down stairs to the garage.

292 Pounds

292 pounds

Today is February 20th, 2010 and I weighed in at 292 lbs. That is .4 lbs lighter than yesterday. Motivation is getting to about a 8-9 and I see 10 just around the corner. My goal this week is to definitely weigh less at Tops this week and to keep doing the things that are working.

My goal is to post at least one photo for every pound I lose. Therefore when I reach my goal weight of 199 lbs I should have about 92 photos. Each photo will have a weight and date for future reference.
