Still smoke free after 41 days. Got to get caught up on my 1 year bible reading. I am using a nail polish called Bite it to try and break my habit of biting my nails and I should get my income tax return this week which should pay off 60% of my debt.
We have rescheduled the Conceal Carry Training so that I can get my gun permit soon. I am de-junking my bedroom for the last time today so that I can start working on fixing this home up. Also as I mentioned earlier, I joined Tops on Thursday. That just about covers all of my goes to stop smoking, lose weight, become debt free, and stop biting my nails.
I am really excited to be working on the three goals that I believe will make the greatest difference in my life. While at the same time, I don’t feel that I am pushing it. Chewing tons of gum but it is better than smoking. Last week they mentioned raising cigarettes to $6.00 per pack. I said let them raise it to $10 or $20 for all I care now. What a wonderful feeling.

Thursday I joined Tops (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) I officially weighed in at 300.00 lbs. on the money. I am making a promise that you will never hear of me weighing that much EVER again.
I broke down and bought a nice little computer called a Acer Revo Ar1600 for $199.00 It does everything my old computer did and is the size of my Wii. It is quiet and for what I do it is the only computer I need. I said that to say that I will be back to posting regular weight loss updates and working hard on my diet.

This morning I weighed in at 294 lbs which is 4 pounds less than my high of 298 lbs. I am tracking my weight at FitDay.com for calorie consumption. My goal is to eat at or about 2100 calories per day. I may start doing the photos again to track my weight. Also tonight is the weekly meeting for TOPS (Take Off Weight Sensibly) I’ve been there before and thought I might start again to keep me focused and motivated.
I really want to start focusing on weight loss for many reasons. One is that hardly any of my clothes fit now and these were purchased less than 6 months ago because the clothes I had before that didn’t fit. Watching my calories is key to weight loss for me. I have thought about all the diets out on the market and even considered Nutra-System but what I really want to do is eat in moderation. I don’t want to deprive myself of anything, I just need to limit my food intake.
