I will try and watch what I eat over the next few days but Friday may be a bad day at work for me. I have decided to focus on my diet coming this Saturday and at the risk of sounding like a broken record I will try it again. Yesterday I weighed myself and I was around 273 pounds. 270-278 has been my range for the past 5 to 6 months.
All I have to lose is the weight of about a 1st or 2nd grader. Ha! If it was that easy it would have been off a long time ago. I plan on using Fitday software and my pedometer to help in my weight loss by counting calories. Not carbs, not points, not fat grams but pure low fat calories.
