I took my last photo on May 15th at 274 lbs. This morning I am happy to report that I am now 268 lbs. Still a long way to go but I hope that I am done seeing 270’s for good. Every thing has been going as planned and I have not cheated or felt the need to cheat.

This evening I purchased some cheap steaks from Kroger’s and a <1g per tsp marinade. I grilled it and then added a little A1 steak sauce at 3g per tsp. I use to purchase a 1g A1 steak sauce and need to see if they still make it.

I have my eye set on the 250’s. At this rate it is just a few weeks away.
