I didn’t have a loss today but then again I didn’t gain either. I did manage to get in 8500 steps today which is about 2000 steps over my average. I got the extra 2000 steps by walking around my neighborhood and 3000 steps were aerobic today so I thought I did pretty good.
The last two days I ate (4) tuna and chicken salad sandwiches on wheat. If I do not have a loss tomorrow, I will cut back to a minimum of two and if this seems to be the reason then I will cut back to one. Although I never would have eaten such things 20 years ago, they are a quick lunch snack that seems to satisfy me.
I do need to get a workout routine going for God sakes. I got this gym membership but have yet to make it this month. That’s another $45 dollars down the drain.
