I’ve exercised for the past two days. The first day which was yesterday, I did 20 minutes on the elliptical machine and today I did 30 minutes on it. I think one of the secondary things about working out is that you are more conscious about what you are eating.
I feel good for having exercised, I just hope to see some results by doing it. Although my video says one thing I think I am leaning back more towards the Weight Watchers Points system. It does allow you to eat anything you want but you just have to watch out how much you want.

I think you are on the right track. I’m not a believer in low fat or low carb. I’m a believer in sensible eating and exercise. The way to eliminate surplus energy storage is to create a calorie deficit.

move more, eat less. Sounds simple but it’s way more complicated than common sense. Keep pushing!

No matter what diet you’re on.. you still have to move more than you eat lol. Good luck with your new plan. =)

I don’t think your representation of low carb (all meat, cheese) was accurate. As to diet being simply more out than you consume, my history was very contrary to it. Starvation mode dieting never worked for me. Good luck in your future weight plans.

Good for you. I just got “My Weight Loss Coach” for the DS - I have a video of it in my video list if you care to check it out. The pedometer comes with it, it’s pretty cool.10,000 steps a day might seem like a lot but it’s just a matter of getting out for about a half hour walk plus the regular steps you would take around the house each day.I don’t want to diet either. I lost 20 lbs on a diet but I basically gained 10 of those pounds back as soon as I stopped.
