I promised myself that I would not turn this website into a all diet all the time blog. That is why I created my 107Pounds.com website. Having said that, I have not been successful with sticking to my diet but it is on my Goals list and is something that I said that I wanted to happen this year. With only 4 months left in the year, I had better start hoping to get this going.
I will occasionally update my progress on here but most of it will be on my main diet blog 107pounds.com. BTW: That refers to how much weight I need to lose – You guessed it 107 pounds.
My goal is to restrict calories and eat healthier. No low carb, low fat, etc. diet. Just a simple watch what you eat diet.
