May 2008 - Start 275 lbs
Goal - 199 Pounds

My Declaration To Be Slim:
My goal is to lose at least 2 pounds per week until I reach my goal of 199 lbs. It will take me 34 weeks to reach my goal weight. I will lose the weight by exercising at least 5 times per week for 30 minutes each. Faithfully follow a diet plan system and by getting plenty of rest, water and vitamins. I will stay active as much as possible throughout each day. When I am depressed or slip, I will pick myself up by reading magazines or listening to motivational tapes, cd’s or podcasts.

  3. Attract a mate
  4. Be a better role model for my children
  5. Earn a higher income

Weight Loss Tips To Self:

Below are a few guidelines that I am successfully using to lose weight. Try to incorporate some or all of them for weight loss. I will add more as time goes on - actually as I learn more of what works. Remember 3500 calories equals 1 pound. Cutting 500 calories, exercising or a combination of both per day can result in a 52 lb weight loss in one year.* Cut your calories (min. 500 calories per day) and fat

  1. * Get at least 7-8 hours sleep per night
  2. * Exercise with increased heart rate for 30 minutes per day
  3. * Exercise at least 4-5 days per week
  4. * Take a multi-vitamin daily
  5. * Limit sodas to diet soda and drink more water
  6. * Increase natural food intake, reduce processed foods
  7. * Avoid fad diets for permanent weight loss
  8. * Keep a food diary so you can access trouble spots
  9. * Eat breakfast early so I won’t binge eat as much at night
  10. * Make a list of reasons why you want to lose weight - review daily
