Down .6 Pounds
I weighed myself this morning in at 268 lbs that is down .6 pounds from a couple of days ago. I am still going good on this diet. I need to start spicing it up a little and add some different recipes into the mix.
I have been thinking about using low carb to lose the weight and then switching back to low fat to maintain it. Any thoughts about this?
