Sleeping Better

I am starting to feel a little more room around the waist line but still a long way to go before I can actually say that size 38 is my current size. I think I will need to be in the 220’s before I can even think about size 36 jeans.

The good thing is that I seem to not be having as much trouble falling asleep as I had been. It is not uncommon for me to be up at 1 or 2 am in the morning but lately I have been able to be asleep by 11pm. I’ve been pretty faithful in taking a vitamin every day and I noticed a couple of days ago that I finally hit Ketosis. Ketosis is the state in which if I am correct, is the ultimate state to be in for fat burning.

I also purchased another Deep Fryer yesterday and fried some chicken. I like it because it throughly cooks the chicken on the inside. Something I can’t seem to achieve when I cook it in a skillet.
