I Can Make You Thin With Paul McKenna
I watched this episode and agree with what he had to say. Paul McKenna uses a combination of common sense and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
I am trying to incorporate his techniques with a low carb diet for weight loss. Eventually, when I get close to goal weight, I will start adding more carbs into my diet but hope that with these techniques I can keep it off.

101 pounds? You don’t need to lose weight! Do eat right, though, and exercise. As long as you do that (and get enough sleep) you will be fine.

that never works. trust me. i’ve been starving myself on and off.

i heard that every year you dont drink any kind of soda/pop you lose 15 pounds!!! im trying it…hope it works!
March 25th, 2008 at 2:29 pm
I stopped drinking pop after I got rid of my X and I lost a total of 121 lbs in 4 years (he was a feeder too which didn’t help things). I don’t even miss it though.

people should just simply exercise…no diet or shit like that….exercise till you sweat and sometimes until failurei dont know why people have such a big problem with being tired….and being sore actually feels good….
March 26th, 2008 at 3:21 am
people who are over weight or obese should try to exersize, its worked for a lot of people, and when you couple that with eating healthy you will lose weight.this is sometimes called logic

Here’s my two tips.I Eat the same way I feed my son(age 3). FRESH FOODS!!!!! from the grocery store. Stay on the outer walls and avoid the center isles that where all the processed food lives. The brighter the colour the better it is for you. You wouldn’t feed that pizza pocket or processed junk to your kids so why you eating it??????If it only takes a minute then do it! Walk instead of take the buss. Use the stairs at work instead of the elevator. A little goes a long way.Good luck

this is purely to lose weight, not technically to become healthy.

being sore does feel good when you’re healthy and in shape, but when you’re over weight and your knees hurt and your back hurts and your feet hurt and you are out of breath just because of your weight, being sore doesn’t feel so great. I know, I’ve been in both situations. It took a lot of hard work to get to where it felt good to feel sore, but I’ll always understand when someone over weight has a difficult time with it.
March 30th, 2008 at 1:03 pm
well i’ve always been in shape..so i wouldnt knowsorry for the biased viewi didnt being sore leads to actual painsucks for fat people..lolcongrats on getting healthy thoits alwyas awesome when fat becomes fit:)

This show makes me angry… like just watching at the begining I was so excited, last night was the 3rd episode and I already stopped watching it. But I dunno maybe I’m jealous of the other people results but I hate it. Like he starts off every episode with like “who wants to loose weight ?!” “who wants to control their cravings ?!” and the audience cheers and then it doesn’t work.. I’m sure it’s not the program it’s probably just me.. but still.

Different people produce different results… give it more time. You’ll get there if you keep trying~! Don’t give up!

I bought the book and read it and I’m listening to the CD every day and THAT has really helped me. Plus I belong to the web site SPARKPEOPLE for support. You need to do it ALL. I’ve lost 35# so far.
