Weight Watchers Weight Loss

I tried the low carb dieting. Although it had been working, it absolutely sucks to limit myself to meat, eggs and cheese day in and day out. So as of today I am back on the Weight Watchers Flex Points plan.

If you are new to the Weight Watchers points plan then watch the video for a brief overview of how it works. I can tell you for sure that if you follow the plan, it will work. The best part of all is that you can eat anything within moderation.

The one thing that I need to do is learn how to cook more from the Weight Watchers cookbook instead of eating all of those pre-packaged meals. I get burned out after a couple of weeks on just eating lasagna and spaghetti.

so you fucking support obesity by giving MORE food points for exercising? yea thats not right. you shouldnt be rewarded with food, its not a good thing. its the same as emotional eating.

Nothing wrong with the packaged meals…really. At least you know what you’re eating nutritionally.

guitarwhateveryournameis = I’m guessing you’re blond. I’ve lost 30 pounds on it and am not at my target weight and I had more points when I exercised…now, what were you saying about supporting obesity? ROFL
