Of course I was hoping for a big loss. I am always hoping for a big loss but I will take the .2 lbs. I’ve been watching my calories pretty close and have stayed right around my 2000-2200 goal for each day. I really enjoy the way that the FitDay software allows me to see different stats. Finally there is a way to see how I am losing by how many calories I consume per day.
I have set my short term goal to be at 262 lbs by the end of the month. But of course you know that I am hoping for more. It’s almost 8 pm and I will try and not eat anything until tomorrow morning. That is a rule that I am trying to follow. No food after 7 pm. I didn’t exercise today but I plan to get on the elliptical machine bright and early in the morning.
