Today I seemed to be hungry more than usual. Probably because I didn’t eat that much yesterday. I had Special K with Skim milk for breakfast. Two chicken salad sandwiches for lunch and right after work I had two fillet-o-fish sandwiches. I went to a gathering after work and had one plain hamburger and about 20 baby carrots. We went fishing and I fished for trout for about an hour. Everyone caught something except for me and my boss.
According to my software program I am still under my daily calorie limit but we shall see what it does tomorrow. Starting today I am going to start measuring inches around my waist. That will be one of the tell, tell signs that I am truly losing weight. I also got my new pedometer and I already love it. Uploading the data to my computer was easy. Setting it up wasn’t as bad as I thought either. I walked a hundred strides twice and it was within 1 or 2 steps each time and I think it will average out. I am happy with it thus far.
