I’ve been feeling great this week and on track to have a loss at Weight Watchers on Tuesday. I need to keep it simple and keep doing the same thing that has help me lose weight so far. I am hoping for another 3 lb loss for a total of 20 lbs in 4 weeks. I am so close and I know that it is a realistic goal.
Weight Watchers smartpoints are starting to get easier to track because a lot of my meals are repeats so I already know what the points are before I eat them. Also keeping fruit and vegetables around has kept me from over doing it.
